I sure want to keep the joy in my life, and I know that you do too. Well maybe you don't have all that much joy in your life but you want more. Let me tell you what God has been talking to me about for my life.
If I am wanting to keep joy in my life and gain more joy I need to grow in God and mature. Yah I know that doesn't sound fun, but I look at it like a challenge. And I am always up for the challenges that God gives me :)
He told me to watch for places that I come into agreement with the enemy.
What does that look like?
He is telling me to be careful that when I am in the company of those who do not serve God to not be like them.
Don't participate in their humor, ranting, or opinions.
Not saying we need to get into a fight with them but we sure don't need to nod our head and verbally agree with them.
Taking care that we don't let the opinions of others that do not line up with the word of God become our own.
